SUN’S 3O DIET
Use: one (1) Sun’s 30 capsule in the morning on an empty stomach. Wait a thirty (30) minute to (1) one hour period before or after having your breakfast. Take the senna (2 ) after have your dinner
MUST EAT A BANANA OR CANTALOUPE DAILY FOR YOUR POTASSIUM & DRINK PLENTY OF WATER.
WEEKS #1 & #3.
Breakfast: Option 1- One (1) glass of naturally extracted juice, (fruits or vegetables) add water.
Option 2- Decaffeinated Black coffee or tea with a slice of whole wheat bread- 40 calories.
Use Brown Sugar or Splenda only. Skim Milk.
LUNCH: Fruits (portions: eat until you feel satisfied). (No grapes & no strawberries)
A green salad, (tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, cabbage, spinach, watercress, etc).
Dressing: vinegar, salt, lemon, and olive oil.
DINNER: All types of Vegetables. Example: carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes, yams, broccoli, cauliflower, avocado, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, eggplant, okra, string beans, snow peas, green banana, corn, vegetable soup and all types of beans.(No green plantains)
** Veggies may be seasoned to taste with lemon, salt, and olive oil.
{NO MEAT, POULTRY, OR FISH IN WEEK 1 & 3}. NO SEASONING.
WEEKS # 2 & #4
Breakfast and Lunch remain the same as in weeks #1 & #3.
DINNER: All types of meat (red meat, white meat, chicken and turkey) and fish (tuna, salmon, red & white snapper) steamed, grilled or broiled with green fresh salad (tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, cabbage, spinach, watercress, etc). Seasoned with lemon, salt, and olive oil.
** Last meal is before 7 PM. {don’t mix starchy vegetables such as: potatoes, yams, green bananas, with meats, fish or proteins}
No canned foods, no frozen food, no sodas, no juice in cartons like Tropicana etc.

DESAYUNO:

Opción 2 – Café Descafeinado o Té con una tajada de pan integral – 40 calorías.
Azúcar marón o Splenda. Leche DESCREMADA
ALMUERZO:
Opción 1 - Coma Frutas (no uvas, no fresas).
Opción 2 - Una ensalada verde cruda (lechuga, tomate, pepino, espinaca, berro, etc.)
Sazonar con: limón, sal, vinagré y aceité de oliva.
CENA:
Todos tipos de vegetales, viandas, víveres, o verduras.
Por ejemplo: zanahoria, papa, yuca, batatas, auyama, (calabaza), brócoli, coliflor, repollo, berenjena, molondrones, aguacates, vainitas, frijoles, sopa de vegetales, etc. (NO PLATANO VERDE)
(No uses cubitos Maggi o Knorr). (NO COMA CARNES, O PESCADO EN SEMANAS #1 Y #3).
SEMANAS #2 Y #4
Desayuno y almuerzo permanecen igual a la semanas #1 y #3.
CENA: Todo tipo de carnes (roja, pollo, pavo y carne blanca) o Pescado (tuna, salmón, PARDO roja y blanco) asado, al vapor o a la parilla con ensalada verde cruda (repollo, lechuga, espinaca, berro, pepinos, tomates, etc.)
*Debe comer antes de las 7pm. (No mezclé víveres, viandas, vegetales o verduras con carnes o pescados).
NOTA: NO COMER NINGUN TIPO DE PRODUCTOS ENLATADOS, JUGO EN BOTELLA, CARTON O EN LATAS. NO SODAS.
